About the event

Come join us on November 21st for a heart pumping workout for a heart warming cause!

100% of profits going to New Hope Ministries in Dillsburg! New Hope serves our community with food, financial assistance, education, transportation and various other needs all year long. We feel honored to support them with a monetary donation to bless our neighbors in need of a little help this holiday season.

*Registration is required as there is a max of 6 participants per class, ages teen to adult. Teens will need a parent signature. (In case of a large response to this event, we may move classes to a location TBA.) 

*Classes will be 30 minutes long and on the hour from 7am-11am. Modifications will be given for a variety of fitness levels.

*Masks are required for entry and may be taken off during exercise. Equipment and surfaces will be sanitized after each class. 

*Tasha and Jenn, both Certified Personal Trainers, will be available for fitness questions and mini consultations throughout the morning!

*Water and more importantly, coffee (and other light refreshments) will be available throughout the morning.

*Invite a friend and register today! Remember- space is limited!
