RSF Online: Fall Fitness- 6 week program

Starting Monday 9/13! 

 

Online classes every Monday & Wednesday @ 9:30am and every Saturday @ 9 through 10/23.

 

CHOOSE: 1, 2 or 3 classes a week. You will be enrolled for the same day each week for the duration of the program.

 

COST for the 6 week session is $60 for 1 class/week, $108 for 2 classes/week or $144 for 3 classes/week.

Drop in option: If you are not able to commit to the same schedule each week, you can drop in any class for $10/class. You must register at least a day in advance.

Sessions will be about 35-40 minutes and will begin with a brief lesson focusing on an important component of health: Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep and Self Care.

 

Workouts will be the remaining 30 minutes and will include a warm up, and cool down with a light stretch. We’ll engage the entire body combining strength and cardio exercises in a circuit training format. Read about circuit training here.

PLEASE NOTE:

-Hand weights or resistance bands are encouraged but not required

-Anyone in your household can join for one fee

-Receive a 10% discount on the next 6 week session

-Workouts are suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications given

-Minimum of 2 program participants per daily session or that weekly session will be cancelled
