Lower impact and lower intensity exercises. We still combine strength training and cardio conditioning for a complete total body workout. Don't worry, you'll still be working hard. This class is ideal for for older adults, those with some physical limitations, or those who enjoy a more moderately paced workout.​ Tuesday's & Thursday's @ 10-10:45am
