Cancellation Policy

Please cancel and/or reschedule online (or Fit app) within 3 hours of session start time. I will provide refunds for up to 3 last-minute cancellations or no-shows. (within 3 hours of the start time). However, any subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund of your class or session payment. Kid Friendly Classes I'm excited to offer a class where you can bring your kiddos along while you workout! To ensure everyone has a great experience, please keep these friendly guidelines in mind: Keep an eye on your children and be mindful of their noise and behavior. While I know they can’t be silent or still, we want to maintain a controlled environment. There is typically a massage happening, so we also want to respect the noise level and space for those clients and therapists. Kids are welcome to set up a play area away from the main workout space (and massage room), such as behind the front desk. Keep all toys and active play off the main floor please. Your kiddos are welcome to join the workout under your guidance. I’ll gladly interact with them, but my main focus will be on the adults. Please ensure adults have priority access to the equipment and space. Help your kiddos select weights that are appropriate for them. This is for their safety and teaches an important lesson: proper form and appropriate weight are more important than lifting heavy. Please have them use the equipment as it is intended, I know how tempting it can be to climb, jump and swing on things. I have to remind my own children! If older kids want to actively participate and have guided instruction, I’m happy to include them with a $10 guest pass. Please have kiddos clean up their play areas by the end of class so the space is reset and ready for the next class, which typically starts in 15 minutes. Working out with your kids can be challenging—I know from experience! Your workout will be different with them around, but you’re still moving your body and showing them how you take care of yourself. Adjust your expectations and make it work for you as best as possible. You can still make this time about you, explain to your kids what you need from them.
