This class is a condensed version of our Strength Circuits, focusing on strength based exercises in a low impact, circuit style format. Your heart rate typically stays a bit elevated adding a cardio component as well. This type of training offers a bit more variety and group engagement. It has been working really well for local ladies working from home, though it's open to anyone if it suits your schedule and needs! Cass size is limited to 8 ladies.
