[Group] Strength Training
Group-based, strength-focused training
Service Description
This class is very similar to the Solo class, except you’ll have a little more coach-led structure and move through the workout alongside others—ideal if you like a little extra guidance and accountability. These training sessions are designed to build strength and muscle definition with some conditioning to support stamina, endurance, and heart health. Each day, you’ll follow a pre-planned full-body workout, moving through it together while still choosing weights that feel right for you. You’ll receive guidance throughout the class to help with form, setup, and adjustments as needed, so you can train safely and confidently. If you’re enrolled in the Unlimited Subscription, you’ll have access to our training app to log workouts and track progress. For those with a customized training plan, you’ll follow your individual program within the class structure. This class is a great fit if you enjoy a more guided workout, want to build strength, and like the energy of training alongside others. Class size is limited to 6 to allow for plenty of space, equipment, and individual attention.

Cancellation Policy
👭Classes are limited to 6–8 ladies. Booking early helps secure your spot and allows your coach to plan class with you in mind. 📅Book online at realsimplefitness.net or through the Fit by Wix app (code: RSFITNESS). You can manage all bookings and account details through your account. ⏳If a class is full, please join the waitlist (app only) and you will be notified if a spot opens. ⏰Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time and keep class running smoothly. 🚫Cancellations Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before class. Late cancellations (within 1 hour of class start) and no-shows are non-refundable. Because we keep classes small, every spot truly matters. Thank you!
