The first 30 minutes of class will focus on HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) which involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief rest or recovery periods. This training method is known for its efficiency in burning calories, improving cardiovascular health, and boosting overall fitness levels in less time. We'll spend the remaining time working our entire core, supporting posture, balance, and overall body strength. A strong core helps prevent injuries, enhances athletic performance, and improves everyday movements. All levels welcome, your workout will be customized to your current fitness level. You'll be encouraged to work hard and challenge your limits! Class size is limited to 8 ladies.
