Service Description

For ladies who: -Heard that strength training is important but not really sure what that means or how to get started. -Ready to start strength training but would like some basic knowledge, guidance and structure. -Maybe have a gym membership but aren't sure what to do when you get there. Program Details: 4 Week Series: Tuesday's at 11:30am | 4/23, 4/30, 5/7 & 5/14 Session Length: 45 minutes Cost: $75 for the entire workshop Available space: 3-5 ladies of any age Held at Dillsburg Yoga, 5B Harrisburg Pike  What You'll Learn: -The benefits and basics of strength training -How to make the most of your training time -Practice fundamental exercises used in everyday life -Leave with a plan to continue your fitness journey Workshop Structure: -Each session begins with a mini lesson -The rest of the session focuses on practical movement practice, which becomes more advanced each week -Receive a take home folder with workshop lessons, space for note taking and helpful resources After the workshop, you are invited to: -Transition to RSF Group Classes for continued personalized guidance and a motivating fitness community. -Enroll in Online Training for increased accountability and an individualized training plan that you can do on your own or at the gym. -Use what you learned and the provided template for training on your own or at the gym. *There is no refund for missed sessions but you will be given all workshop information.
