Service Description

This is a progressive, full-body strength class built to help you get stronger over time. Regular weekly training supports steady, noticeable progress. You’ll train independently at your own pace, following either the pre-planned workout of the day or your customized fitness plan (for those who have one). This allows you to focus fully on your workout while moving safely and intentionally through each exercise. You’ll receive close coaching and guidance to learn proper form so you can train safely, confidently, and effectively. This class is a great fit for those new to exercise or new to RSF who prefer working at their own pace and want to focus on building strength. Beginners are given a 4-week introductory program to build confidence and consistency. Exercises and workouts are tailored to your fitness level and comfort, while still encouraging progression. Class size is limited to 6 ladies to allow for adequate space and personalized coaching.



Cancellation Policy

👭Classes are limited to 6–8 ladies. Booking early helps secure your spot and allows your coach to plan class with you in mind. 📅Book online at realsimplefitness.net or through the Fit by Wix app (code: RSFITNESS). You can manage all bookings and account details through your account. ⏳If a class is full, please join the waitlist (app only) and you will be notified if a spot opens. ⏰Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time and keep class running smoothly. 🚫Cancellations Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before class. Late cancellations (within 1 hour of class start) and no-shows are non-refundable. Because we keep classes small, every spot truly matters. Thank you!
