Service Description
These training sessions are designed to help you build strength and muscle definition in an efficient, sustainable way. You’ll also have some conditioning mixed in to support stamina, endurance, and heart health. Each day, you’ll follow a pre-planned full-body workout at your own pace—so you can focus on doing each exercise well and choosing weights that feel right for you. You’ll receive guidance throughout the class to help with form, setup, and adjustments as needed, so you can train safely and confidently. If you’re enrolled in the Unlimited Subscription, you’ll have access to our training app to log your workouts and track progress. For those with a customized training plan, you’ll follow your individual program during these sessions. This class is a great fit if you prefer a more independent workout style and want to get stronger, build muscle definition, and improve overall fitness—with guidance along the way. Class size is limited to 6 to allow for plenty of space, equipment, and individual attention.

Cancellation Policy
👭Classes are limited to 6–8 ladies. Booking early helps secure your spot and allows your coach to plan class with you in mind. 📅Book online at realsimplefitness.net or through the Fit by Wix app (code: RSFITNESS). You can manage all bookings and account details through your account. ⏳If a class is full, please join the waitlist (app only) and you will be notified if a spot opens. ⏰Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time and keep class running smoothly. 🚫Cancellations Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before class. Late cancellations (within 1 hour of class start) and no-shows are non-refundable. Because we keep classes small, every spot truly matters. Thank you!
