Service Description

Each class is designed for building overall strength and endurance throughout the whole body. Strength exercises focus on functional, everyday movements using dumbbells, bands, body weight and various tools to keep workouts fresh and muscles burning. Circuit training (performing exercises one after the other) keeps the heart rate elevated for added cardio fitness and heart health. Each session incorporates a warm up, core exercises and finishes with some light stretching for a fully balanced, complete workout. This class is for all fitness levels. Participants are continually encouraged to work at their own pace, using modifications at any given time, and resting as needed. Participants are also encouraged to work hard and challenge themselves as appropriate!
