Service Description
This is a full-body workout designed to support strength and improve overall fitness. Each day, you’ll follow a pre-planned workout in a coach-led, group-style format—moving through it together with clear direction along the way. Expect a mix of workout styles—strength blocks, circuits, and endurance work—to keep things interesting and well-rounded. You’ll get guidance throughout to help with form, setup, and any adjustments you may need. Workouts are meant to be challenging but doable, with options so you can work at a level that feels right for you. This class is a great fit if you’re looking for a balanced, fully guided workout that builds strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Class size is limited to 8 to make sure everyone gets plenty of attention and support.

Cancellation Policy
👭Classes are limited to 6–8 ladies. Booking early helps secure your spot and allows your coach to plan class with you in mind. 📅Book online at realsimplefitness.net or through the Fit by Wix app (code: RSFITNESS). You can manage all bookings and account details through your account. ⏳If a class is full, please join the waitlist (app only) and you will be notified if a spot opens. ⏰Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time and keep class running smoothly. 🚫Cancellations Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before class. Late cancellations (within 1 hour of class start) and no-shows are non-refundable. Because we keep classes small, every spot truly matters. Thank you!
