TRX uses your own bodyweight and gravity to create a challenging, low-impact workout that strengthens your entire body while improving balance and mobility. By simply adjusting your position, every exercise can be made easier or more challenging—making TRX a great fit for all fitness levels. With quality coaching, attention to form, and a core-first approach, these classes deliver a full-body workout designed to build strength that carries over into everyday life.

Cancellation Policy
👭Classes are limited to 6–8 ladies. Booking early helps secure your spot and allows your coach to plan class with you in mind. 📅Book online at realsimplefitness.net or through the Fit by Wix app (code: RSFITNESS). You can manage all bookings and account details through your account. ⏳If a class is full, please join the waitlist (app only) and you will be notified if a spot opens. ⏰Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time and keep class running smoothly. 🚫Cancellations Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before class. Late cancellations (within 1 hour of class start) and no-shows are non-refundable. Because we keep classes small, every spot truly matters. Thank you!
