Service Description
This class focuses on improving mobility, flexibility, and joint health using the TRX suspension trainer for support and stability. Participants move through slow, controlled mobility drills designed to help the body move more freely and comfortably. The TRX allows you to safely explore a greater range of motion while maintaining balance and proper alignment. This class may be especially helpful for those who feel stiff or tight, those returning to exercise after an injury or time away, and anyone looking to support their strength training, walking, running, or everyday movement. Expect a calm, supportive environment focused on controlled movement, proper technique, and helping your body move better. All fitness levels are welcome. No TRX experience needed.

Cancellation Policy
👭Classes are limited to 6–8 ladies. Booking early helps secure your spot and allows your coach to plan class with you in mind. 📅Book online at realsimplefitness.net or through the Fit by Wix app (code: RSFITNESS). You can manage all bookings and account details through your account. ⏳If a class is full, please join the waitlist (app only) and you will be notified if a spot opens. ⏰Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time and keep class running smoothly. 🚫Cancellations Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before class. Late cancellations (within 1 hour of class start) and no-shows are non-refundable. Because we keep classes small, every spot truly matters. Thank you!
