Small Group, in person classes:
Small group training combines the benefits of working with a personal trainer with the energy and motivation that comes with group exercise. Having peer support also adds accountability, some friendly competition, and is a huge part of fitness success. Plus, it's FUN!
This is not just group fitness, but high quality workouts with the oversight of a certified professional. The exercises are purposefully designed to target the entire body. They will progressively become harder over time to continually challenge your body. This will give you greater results and help you meet your wellness goals like: weight loss; relief from tension, anxiety and depression; better sleep; easier effort to perform your everyday activities; and the good feelings that come with exercise!
You will have your own workout space and be guided to perform exercises according to your own pace, ability and intensity. I will be there to help gauge your capability, encourage proper technique, and challenge you when appropriate.

Online Sweat is a circuit style, full body workout that gets your heart pumping and muscles burning in just 30 minutes!
The workout is designed with all fitness levels in mind, whether you are a beginner or a regular exerciser.
Hand weights are encouraged but not necessary. Get creative and find items around the house that you can use for resistance, including just your bodyweight!
We keep it casual, fun and judgement free!
