Small Group Training

Our small group sessions are a fun and effective way to achieve your fitness goals while being part of a supportive fitness community. They are led by certified trainers who will provide personalized attention and guidance.

 

Your coach will get to know you, your goals, and your fitness level to create a personalized and high quality workout experience.

 

Expect a judgement free and welcoming atmosphere where each person is encouraged to perform exercises according to their own pace, ability and intensity. Your coach will be there to help gauge your capability, encourage proper technique, and challenge you when appropriate.

Program Details

Our small group program runs continuously in 12 week cycles. Each cycle builds upon the previous one, allowing you to set new goals and witness tangible improvements in your strength and fitness.

Class size ranges from 4-8 ladies with various backgrounds, experience and personalities.

 

We use a variety of equipment like dumbbells, bands, balls and your own bodyweight to accomplish a complete and effective workout, focused on building strength and stamina for everyday life.

All classes are held at Dillsburg Yoga & Wellness, 5B Harrisburg Pike.
