30 minute strength & cardio circuits to keep the heart thumping and muscles burning!

Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:30-1pm
-
Series runs 8 weeks, from 4/24 - 6/14

Held at Dillsburg Yoga, 5B Harrisburg Pike

Beginner to advanced exercisers welcome! Personalized exercises to meet you at your level.

Cost is $80 for 8 classes or $155 for all 16 classes
And includes:

Personalized and guided workouts

A brief consultation and goal review via email so you get the most out of the program

Recipes and meal suggestions for quick & healthy lunches and dinners

The option to make up missed classes during other open classes throughout the week
