New to strength training or getting back into exercise? This 4-week series is a great way to learn the basics, build confidence, and feel stronger in a supportive, small-group setting.
Each class focuses on full-body strength with extra attention to proper form, pacing, and technique. You’ll learn how to use common equipment and move safely at a pace that feels right for you.
