Small Group Personal Training
High Quality Fitness Instruction

RSF specializes in Small Group Training — the sweet spot between personal training and group fitness.

Our sessions welcome just 6–8 ladies at a time, so you get:

  • The coaching and accountability of one‑on‑one training

  • The motivation and fun of working out alongside other women

  • Workouts tailored to your needs — whether you’re brand‑new, learning new moves, or navigating aches and pains.

Classes run in the mornings and mid-day — a great fit for retirees, stay-at-home moms, or anyone with a flexible schedule.

Not available during the day? Check out our Online Training option for workouts you can do anytime, anywhere.

Our training is typically organized into 6‑week cycles, giving you the perfect mix of variety and progression. You’ll build strength and stamina in a way that’s efficient, effective, and easy to stick with.

We use equipment like barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX suspension straps, bands, balls and bodyweight to get the job done.

Showing up regularly helps you get stronger, build stamina, and grow your confidence. But, while consistency is best, we know life doesn’t always go as planned. That’s why we keep things flexible: you won’t be locked into a rigid schedule or pressured to meet a set number of classes, so you can keep moving forward even when life gets busy.

 

My goal is to make fitness something you can fit into your life, no matter what challenges or surprises come your way.

Below are the different training options I offer depending on your goals and workout preferences:

New Class Format Starting September 1st!

Group Strength Training!

This class blends the best parts of our current formats — the structure of Strength Training | Solo and the group energy of Circuit Training!

Together, we'll follow a program designed to build strength and stamina, with workouts that repeat throughout the cycle so you can track your progress and see real results.

This class is perfect if you want the accountability of a group, the motivation of a coach-led workout, and the satisfaction of seeing your strength grow week after week.

Our Strength Training Program focuses on building total body strength through traditional methods like heavy lifting, compound exercises, and counting reps and sets. Don't worry, it's beginner-friendly!

In this self-led class, you'll follow either the planned daily workout or your customized workout* independently, while I provide close supervision, guidance, and encouragement.​​

Our Circuit Training Sessions offer a mix of strength, cardio and endurance building exercises and are ideal for those looking to increase their overall strength, fitness and vigor.

 

These classes are trainer-led and the format varies from day to day offering plenty of variety. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

I offer a Customized Fitness Plan for those seeking an even more personalized program with extra coaching and accountability.

 

This plan includes online goal reviews to assess your progress and adjust goals as needed; weekly check-ins for accountability; *customized workouts for Strength Training sessions; and a personal app to track your workout progress. 

 

You’ll have a clear view of your improvements, helping you stay motivated and confident that you're moving in the right direction. If you are interested, please get in touch!

If you can’t make it to our in-studio sessions, our online training program lets you follow your workouts through a custom app—giving you the flexibility to train anytime, anywhere.

 

You’ll receive weekly check-ins for accountability, and your workouts will be tailored to the equipment you have available and any modifications you may need. This ensures that you stay on track and continue progressing, no matter where you are.
