Self-Guided Workout
Service Description
In this class format, each person follows the pre-planned workout of the day, or their customized workout plan independently. This allows you to fully focus on your own workout and get the most out of your training time. You'll have close supervision as you learn each exercise, with step-by-step guidance to help you master the movements. I’ll provide coaching on proper form and technique to ensure you're performing each exercise safely and effectively, maximizing your results while minimizing the risk of injury. New workouts are provided each month, focusing on building full-body strength and muscle endurance. The exercises emphasize basic, everyday movements with a bit of variety to keep things fresh. All fitness levels are welcome, with modifications given to suit your needs. You'll be encouraged to challenge yourself while working at a pace that's right for you. Class size is limited to 6 ladies.

Cancellation Policy
Please book classes in advance, online at www.realsimplefitness.net or the “Fit” by Wix app (Use code RSFITNESS). Please cancel and/or reschedule online (or Fit app) within 3 hours of session start time. I will provide refunds for up to 3 last-minute cancellations or no-shows per calendar year. (within 3 hours of the start time). However, any subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund of your session payment.
