Service Description

For ladies who wish to build their strength and physique (muscle definition) in a more efficient way. This is a unique class format where each person follows their assigned workout on their own. It is best suited for those who can commit to coming regularly. Workouts focus on strength supersets (two exercises back to back to maximize time). You will be encouraged to lift heavier than you may be used to, but within your capability and with close supervision. Class size is limited to 6 ladies.
