  • First, we'll meet for a free consult to discuss your goals and program needs. (via Phone call or in person) 

  • You will have access to your program and workouts through an easy to use custom app.

  • Workouts will be based on your goals, preferences and available equipment with a focus on strength exercises.

  • Fresh workouts are typically delivered every 4 weeks.

  • I will check in with you weekly for accountability and support to make sure you have what you need to succeed.

  • You will be invited to a growing Facebook Community so you can stay connected and motivated.
