Service Description
This fully instructor-led class is designed for building overall strength and endurance throughout the whole body. Exercises focus on everyday movements using dumbbells, bands, body weight and various tools to keep workouts fresh and muscles burning. Circuit training (performing exercises one after the other) keeps the heart rate elevated for added cardio fitness and heart health. All fitness levels are welcome, with modifications given to suit your needs. You'll be encouraged to challenge yourself while working at a pace that's right for you. Class size is limited to 8 ladies.

Open Gym Policy By booking an Open Gym session, you acknowledge that this is a self-guided workout with no coach on site. You are responsible for exercising safely and using equipment properly. ⚠️ Real Simple Fitness and Jenn Plattenburg are not liable for any injury or accident during unsupervised use of the studio. 📄 Please complete the Open Gym Liability Waiver (located at the studio) before your first session. 📝 Be sure to sign in and out on the clipboard at each visit.
