A condensed and a bit faster paced version of our Circuits class. Each workout is instructor-led and designed for building overall strength and endurance throughout the whole body. Strength exercises focus on everyday movements using dumbbells, bands, body weight and various tools to keep workouts fresh and muscles burning. Circuit training (performing exercises one after the other) keeps the heart rate elevated for added cardio fitness and heart health. All levels welcome, your workout will be customized to your current fitness level. You'll be encouraged to work hard and challenge your limits! It has been working really well for local ladies working from home, though it's open to anyone if it suits your schedule and needs! Class size is limited to 8 ladies.
