Service Description

This is a unique class format where each person follows the pre-planned workout of the day, or their personalized workout plan independently. Workouts will focus on building strength, hitting all major muscle groups in each session. You'll have close supervision, ensuring safe yet challenging workouts - which will optimize your fitness progress! Tracking your workout stats is recommended if you are working toward fitness goals, but not required. All levels welcome, your workout will be customized to your current fitness level. Class size is limited to 6 ladies.
