I believe that physical fitness, along with nutritious food, are two aspects of self care that will lead to a healthier version of yourself, both physically and mentally. You will notice your daily chores getting easier as you become stronger, and your recreation becoming more enjoyable as you increase your endurance. Your mind will be rewarded with clarity and focus and you will feel a great sense of pride and accomplishment as you crush your fitness goals.
